2009-08-04 Tita Cory's Wake at the Manila Cathedral

We left for Manila Cathedral at 5:40pm. The traffic going there was
quite heavy.

The necrological service for former President Cory Aquino was still
ongoing when we got there and we had to wait until past 7pm before we
could get inside the cathedral.

Former DSWD Secretary Dinky Soliman was in charge of the queue at the
main entrance. She kept reminding people to keep to their lines and
enter by groups of 10.

In that one hour of waiting, we braved the winds and the rains.
